CoastConnect commuter travel service will save you time providing transportation service to and from Woy Woy train station. This is a trial on-demand ride service run by the NSW Government and selected partners.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
In the morning, get picked up from a meeting point near your home and dropped off at Woy Woy train station ramp. You will save so much time not having to find a parking space, and let’s not mention the stress! In the afternoon, after a hard day at work, think how nice it will be to have your CoastConnect driver waiting at Woy Woy station in an air-conditioned vehicle.
TIMES OF OPERATION
Monday to Friday 5:30am to 8:30am; 4:30pm to 7:30pm
CoastConnect commuter transport service is economical for you. It costs no more than $4.10 per person to travel each way. No more than the cost of your morning coffee!
Credit Card Registration Prepayment
When you initially register to use the CoastConnect commuter transport service, you will be asked to enter your credit card details. As part of this process, a test charge of $1 may be generated to your card. This will be refunded within 24 hours.
Regular commuters can make standing bookings up to one week in advance.
NUMBER OF PASSENGERS
Passenger numbers remain small to ensure a fast and reliable travel experience. The system software works out how many passengers can be transported reliably, calculates the pick up locations, and gets you to your destination, fast!
CoastConnect Commuter Transport provides wheelchair accessibility. When making your booking on the App, please ensure to tick the wheelchair accessibility option in your profile.
BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
You can book your ride with us half an hour before your preferred pickup time. Cancellations need to be made 1 hour in advance of your train time. CoastConnect is here to help. WHY AM I BEEN OFFERED AN ALTERNATE TRIP TIME
When you enter your requested time for booking, and there are no vehicles available for your requested time, the App will provide an alternate trip time.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED
After you have booked your ride on the App, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your booking.
WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION
After you have booked your ride on the App, and you do not confirmation email, this means that your booking has not been confirmed. Please try to book again.

You can cancel your booking and book again for the correct time.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
Download the Coast Connect App on iTunes App Store or Google Play. Once downloaded, register your details and you’re ready to book your ride with us.
If you have lost something, please contact (02) 4302 0560. You will need to provide information about the time and vehicle you travelled in.
WHO IS ABLE TO USE COAST CONNECT SERVICES?
CoastConnect is accessible to everybody. For your travel to Woy Woy train station to catch a connecting train or bus, or if you work near the station.
